Course Description

In the “Seminar: Western History 1B-II", we learn about basic methods to learn and study history through the critical approach, reading two textbooks about the Renaissance. Course goals and learning objection are to improve not only the reading skills but also the ability to express one’s opinion discussing with others, and try to study how to take and operate the historical perspective. All students are required to prepare presentations (al least one or two times), and to take an active part in the general discussions.
