Course Description

In this series of lectures, students will read a book written by Minoru Kawakita, a scholar who studies British history. His book, Sato no Sekaishi, is based on his surveys and provides meaningful insight into formation of regional differences. After this class, students will understand the cultural differences and the popularization of foods in the world.
