Course Description

The purpose of this class is to learn the basic idea of economics and how to use it. Economics can be broadly divided into microeconomics, which analyzes the behavior of consumers and producers and clarifies the functions of markets, and macroeconomics, which analyzes the mechanisms and trends of the entire economy. The first half deals with the basic theory of microeconomics, and the second half deals with the basic theory of macroeconomics. Lectures will be as easy to understand as possible, using figures and numerical examples.
