As the world has become more globalized, international relations has become a more important theme to understand as well as comprehending each issue globally. This course provides the insight of the ways in which politics, economy, society and culture has been interacted globally. It also encourages students to think more flexibly and creatively about international relations. As for the spring semester, this course allows students to familiarize existing theories and discussion about international relations through group activities.
現在、グローバル化が進む中、国際関係は各問題を世界的に理解するための重要なテーマであり、グローバル視点が必要とされている。本授業では、国々の政治、経済、社会や文化はどのように成立し、影響しあっているのかを学修します。また、(いくつかの例を挙げ、)国際関係を柔軟的・創造的に再考する。秋学期において、グループ・アクティビティを通じて、既存の理論を理解し、国際関係についてのディスカッションを行う。

・This course is conducted mostly in English (materials, discussion, reflection papers) 主な使用言語は英語(資料、ディスカッション、リフレクション・ペーパー)
・Except for special reasons, you need to attend all classes punctually and regularly. 特別な理由がない限り、時間通りにすべての授業に出席しなければならない
・Missing more than one third of the total number of classes will result in a failing grade for the course. Also, two late arrivals are considered one absence. 授業数の3分の1以上欠席すると、不合格になる。また、2回遅刻したものを1回の欠席としてみなす
・If you are late for more than 15 minutes, you will be considered “absent” for the class. 15分以上遅刻の場合、「欠席」としてみなす
