Course Description

This class is conducted in seminar form, reading the textbook in turns.
A student in charge will make a summary of the assigned part and report it.
The other students in the class will ask questions about it and also express their opinions and discuss them.
Students are expected to announce their opinions firmly.
In this class, you will acquire knowledge, techniques and attitudes about DP 1・2・3.

Course Objectives

Local autonomy can be regarded as a matter of distribution of the administrative work and authority, and the source of revenue between the nation (central government) and local autonomous bodies (local governments). Since the local autonomy system was founded in the early stages of the Meiji Era, the relationship between the nation (central government) and the local autonomous bodies (local governments) has changed number of times.
In this course, students can deepen the understanding about the subject of the relationship between the central government and the local governments today.
