Course Description

In this class students comprehend human beings from the viewpoints such as philosophy, psychology, human relations so that they understand each other in the complicated human relations of workplaces.

Course Objectives

1.Students understand various views of human beings, and form their own views of human beings.
2.Students understand various human characters and recognize their own characters.
3.Students understand various causes of troubles in the human relations and know the appropriate solutions.
4.Students understand the enough communication techniques to solve various troubles in the workplaces.
