Course Description

The students will study the public mission of each public policy put forth by the central and local governments.
(public works, social welfare, education, defense, fire prevention, health, waste collection etc.)
National finance, local finance, accountability, and new public management are important issues in public policy.
The students will also learn how laws are made and how a budgets are decided with the political back ground.
The students can get the knowledge,accoplishment and attitude of DP(1・2・3).

Public policy is one of the new fields on which most universities place much importance recently.
The professor teaching this course is a former senior officer of the central and local government and a current member of important government committees.
The professor is also an honorary research fellow at Birmingham University in England in the field of
public policy.
The students will learn the principle rule of public policies in various fields in order to
establish the foundation for becoming a responsible member of society.
