Course Description

School education is aim at healthy development of the character of all students. Teachers must continue to make efforts to contribute to the healthy growth of students throughout their educational activities.
In this class, we will focus on the reality occurring at the educational site (student guidance and career guidance), based on the new course of study guidelines, students' guidance to help elderly and self-realization, self-reliance and career education perspective. Learn about concrete measures and directions of standing guidance on careers.
The school is an organization, learning the importance and basic idea of working on organization or team.

Course Objectives

1.You can understand the basic knowledge about the significance and role of student guidance.
2.You can understand the actual teaching, learn the teaching method, and explain how to apply them in the actual situation.
3.Understand basic knowledge on the significance and role of career guidance and career education.
4.You can acquire knowledge about course guidance and actual career education practice, learn teaching methods, think and explain how to utilize, and explain.
5.You can grasp the problems that are occurring in school (bullying, acts of violence, refusal to attend school, dependence on the Internet, etc.) as a familiar matter, understand the ever increasing problems of students, and exchange opinions.
6.You can grasp the problems listed under point no.5 and explain the guidance and support methods.
7.Understand the importance of the attitude in working as a team and issues that are occurring in school.
