Course Description


Psychoanalysis is a method to explore human mind founded by Freud, and it is the collected studies of experience, theory and the technique of treatment.
That basic hypothesis is existence of a process of unconsciousness which lets a serial genetic, dynamic, and economic phenomenon unfold in character and personality and a mind function.

A actually basic method to understand a patient of an adult is called free association.
Psychoanalysis is not knowledge with the abstract logical consistency that was built to make a knowledge system from the beginning.
It is very human discipline which is still changing, and it is clinical knowledge, a treatment method, and a method of understanding human being.
It has been constructed while going to meet a clinical request of a treatment.
It is for a purpose of this lecture to study a basic psychoanalytical outline, especially Depth Psychology, Drive Theory, and Ego Psychology, while being based on a limit and utility to be based on such a methodology characteristic.
